Over the last couple of years, our company has fundamentally changed the vector of its movement. We have discarded all related areas and focused entirely on the development and production of industrial mobile devices. And these changes have affected all the internal processes of the company. For me personally, this is a new challenge.

Today I am facing very interesting and complex tasks:
— To realize a complex product based on the MIG platform for the tasks of specific industries, taking into account their specifics and the requirements of the Russian legislation, and for this purpose it is necessary to build a full-fledged work with technological partners, so that the ready solution could easily integrate into the existing infrastructure of clients, as well as meet all the requirements for information security;
— to form a reliable partner network in the Russian Federation so that we could bring information and advantages of our products to all key sectors of the economy;
— to organize the work of the commercial department so that we could answer all arising questions of clients as quickly and efficiently as possible, to conduct testing, pilot launch, select or develop the functionality that is necessary for this particular client.

And in the process of doing them, I get a new experience for me. It is a unique feeling when you develop together with the whole company, as a living team of professionals. And every new day, new tasks make us even stronger and closer to our goals. And I am very glad that our ultimate goals are measured not only by profit, but also by our contribution to the development of radio electronics in Russia. We want more specialists to appear in our country, we want young engineers to have opportunities to realize their skills, we want Russian equipment to be bought not only within the framework of import substitution programs, but because it is really high-quality, competitive and has unique functionality.

I try not to be in the image of a «cobbler without boots», so I actively use various automation systems in my work to reduce the amount of routine work and increase efficiency. Of course, without fanaticism. It is important not to lose flexibility of mind and processes. Truly complex projects cannot be put into any regulations.

I value my team and see the importance of each of its members. Over the years of working together, the colleagues with whom we stood at the company’s origins have become a real family for me. And I am very glad that while increasing the company’s turnover and the number of employees, we do not lose our closeness and our approaches. For us, «team» is not an empty sound, it is something we truly value.
