I am the manager of the Mobile Inform Group service center. We specialize in the repair of data collection terminals, industrial smartphones and tablets, thermal printers and other devices for business automation.

I have been working on the customer’s side for a long time, so I understand very well the real risks and losses associated with equipment failure. For my part, I make every effort to ensure that our customers can count on us and be confident in the quality and timing of our work.

A distinctive feature of our SO is flexibility and adequacy. We develop and implement modern technologies and tools, expand the range of services, master new equipment, and constantly improve internal business processes. For example, in 2016 we added a second stage of exit control for VIP customers, significantly expanded the range of accessories of our own production, and in 2017 we launched the sale of our own service contracts with full coverage.

We don’t just do the job for a tick, we analyze problematic issues and make recommendations to customers. Few people think that a problem with broken displays/scanners can be solved by replacing the hand strap, and deformed tachs can be saved by indoctrinating employees not to put terminals on a hot battery, etc.

I consider myself a sporty person: I like downhill skiing, running and volleyball. In my work, as in a team sports game, not only professional knowledge and skills are required, but also clear group interaction, understanding of common goals and individual capabilities of players/employees.
