Agreement on personal data processing
By acceding to this agreement (hereinafter — the «Agreement») and leaving his data on the Site m-infogroup.ru, (hereinafter — the «Site»), by filling in the fields of online forms (order placement, feedback, question), the user (hereinafter — the «User»):
confirms that all the data specified by him belong to him personally;
confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of his personal data indicated by him in the fields of online forms (order placement, feedback, question), the text of the Agreement and the terms of processing of personal data are clear to him;
agrees to the processing of personal data provided as part of the information by the Site for the purposes of conclusion of this Agreement between him and the Site, as well as its subsequent execution;
agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations and limitations.
The User gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, namely the performance of the actions provided for in para. 3 ч. 1 part 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ «On Personal Data», and confirms that by giving such consent, he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest. The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.
The present consent of the User is recognized as executed in a simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: name, telephone numbers; electronic mail (email) addresses.
The User grants the site m-infogroup.ru the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the statutory storage periods, but not less than three years from the date of termination of use of services by the User; clarification (update, change); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer at the request of the court, including, third parties, in compliance with measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
The specified consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of providing the data and can be withdrawn by you by submitting an application to the administration of the Site specifying the data defined in Art. 14 of the Law «On Personal Data». 14 of the Law «On Personal Data».
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be carried out by sending by the User of the corresponding order in a simple written form to the e-mail address info@m-infogroup.ru.
The Site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.
The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update shall be indicated. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.
The law of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Agreement and relations between the user and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
