Service and support

Mobile Inform Group service center has been operating since 2013. We repair industrial tablets, smartphones, mobile printers.

The qualification of our engineers allows us to perform both block and component repairs of different levels and degree of complexity. From replacement of individual electronic components to soldering of integrated circuits (Ball Grid Array). Upon completion of repair works, we fully check their quality: we test the device in various conditions and work out the basic technological processes.

The terms and conditions below are valid for the Russian Federation. Service conditions for your country please specify on request.

Common types of repairs are replacements:

• diodes, capacitors, resistors;
• charge controllers;
• touch screen;
• connectors;
• BGA processor.

Conditions of repair work outside the warranty service

For repairs that do not fall under the terms of warranty service there is a warranty of 6 months and 3 months for spare parts. Delivery to the service center is at the expense of the customer, the device is returned at our expense.

This is repair work for equipment:

• that wasn’t supplied by our company;
• with an expired warranty;
• that has faults that are not covered by the standard warranty and service contract.

Delivery to the service center within the framework of warranty service is always at the expense of our company.
