In my understanding, the only possible manager is a practicing manager. I always lead several projects myself, which allows me to avoid «managerial darkness» — a situation where a manager interacts with the market and clientele solely through his deputy mediators, accumulating errors in information transfer and risks of serious managerial mistakes. My approach allows not only to keep myself in tone, but also to get rid of false systematicity, which creates the illusion of control.

Mobile Inform is engaged in very interesting projects, forming new markets and directions, constantly giving birth to new opportunities and ideas, but the company would not have reached its current level if it had been focusing on everything. We do only what we do best, and new directions are always adjacent to the already profitable ones. What sets us apart is our focus.

There is almost nothing more important to me than the team I have the honor of leading, and what I value most is a sincere attitude toward work. I am a strong opponent of «champignon tactics» (keep in the dark and fertilize periodically) — all corporate information is available at all times and at all levels, and people make their own decisions and are held accountable for them.

The key to evolution is diversity — as in wildlife, all my employees are very different, but together they form an organism of amazing flexibility and strength. One thing they have in common, however, is that they are focused and effective in doing their jobs when they really need to. This is a proper understanding of discipline.

Business is a big part of life, and in my opinion, it is pointless to separate it from everything else. I mix my approaches in work and leisure, and it allows me to change and learn something new each time. Traveling on a motorcycle pushes boundaries and teaches me not to follow the beaten path, while rock climbing and snowboarding refine the body and spirit, adding to the possibilities. This constant movement and development is reflected in the business, and every day we dream of something bigger.
